Interns Our new intern's programme is still to be finalised but some of the key elements will be: A 16 hour a week programme focused on ministry and prayer including: Ministering to the Lord – worship, praise, and ministry. Prayer in groups, prayer walking and individually. Personal development – through teaching, self- study, mentoring, projects, team discussion and a personal development goal. Serving in a local church – to apply the learning. Serving at WPC - admin, social media, events, etc. The ministry and prayer focus will mix a passion for the local issues in Birmingham, national and global issues - praying for God to move and for situations to change. We will collect testimonies of what God is doing. Our prayer is that every intern is transformed, that this will be a life-shaping experience as you devote time to Jesus and build your personal walk with Him.
